Refund Policy

Upon receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong product from our website; Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 14 days of delivery for the following.

* Refund of the amount paid for the item. Refunded in the same format as your payment was received. This does not include the fee that you paid for shipping.

 * Prior to shipping any product back to us for the purposes of return, you must receive written advice from us.

* Please note that you are required to pay shipping costs to both returns and to have us send any replacement or exchange product.

  * Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.

* BG s will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than BG and only by the original purchaser of the product itself.

We will try our best to answer all queries on the day that they are received. Abuse will not be responded to.

* Refund for non-delivery: If the product is not received within 14 days of date posting, BG will either replace or refund at our discretion.
